We ask for as little as possible: a name to address you by, and optionally a location to direct the session toward. Nothing here is required beyond your name and consent. Distance Reiki is directional: many practitioners hold a location in mind when sending. A city or region is plenty — a full address is never needed, and you are welcome to leave this blank.

There is no wrong answer. Even "I don't know, I just need support" is a complete intention.
