How does distance Reiki work?

Energy is not limited by physical proximity. Through focused intention and Reiki attunement, a send can be received wherever you are — at home, at rest, or in motion. The practitioner holds your name and intention, and the energy follows.

What will I feel?

Some people feel warmth, tingling, or deep calm. Others notice shifts in the days that follow: a lightness, a clarity, a sense of being more settled slowly with time. There is no wrong experience — only what arrives for you.

Is this a substitute for medical care?

No. These sessions are offered as complementary non emergency, energetic support, not as medical treatment.

Please continue any and all medical or mental health care you are receiving.

Energy work is not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

What exactly is a "send"?

A send is a single, complete energetic transmission.  Reiki channeling is directed toward you with full presence and intention. It is not a timed session. It is a focused act of care, complete in itself.

When will I receive my session?

Do I need to do anything to receive it?

You are welcome to rest, meditate, or simply go about your day. Some people find it helpful to set aside a quiet moment though not required. The energy finds you wherever you are

What does "Heart-adjacent" mean?

It means this work is informed by the Sufi understanding of Islam that love is the fundamental force of the universe, that the heart is the seat of knowing, and that surrender — to the divine, to the present moment — is the deepest form of alignment. This is an inspired devotional rooted in love.

Can I get a refund for my session?

Because each send is a unique act of presence and cannot be "unsent," sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you have concerns about your purchase before your session is sent, please email us—we will happily refund it.

Are gift sessions refundable?

Gift sessions are like an electronic gift card and non-refundable once purchased. If you have concerns, please email us and we will be happy to help.

What about tips?

Tips are gratuities for services already completed. Because the session work has been finished at the time of tipping, tips are non-refundable. Your generosity directly supports our practitioners.

What if I'm unhappy with my session?

We stand behind our work. If you have concerns about your experience, please email us within 7 days of your session. We'll listen and work with you to understand what happened. We may offer a reshare or additional support at our discretion.

Is energy work a substitute for medical treatment?

No. Energy work is complementary and should never replace medical care, mental health treatment, or professional medical advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Can you diagnose or treat medical conditions?

No. Energy work is not a diagnostic or medical treatment. If you're experiencing physical or mental health symptoms, please see a licensed healthcare professional.

Who should not receive energy work?
